I have been with King Risk Partners (initially through an acquisition of a previous insurance broker I was using) for several years now. The level of service I have received has been fantastic. I have had a dedicated team member (Ashley) who has been with me for years, she always is proactive about reviewing my renewal documents for my current insurer and periodically checking for other options that provide equal or better coverage at a better premium for my home/auto/umbrella policies. Responses to any inquiries to the company from me are prompt. I am extremely happy with this company and today, after being reminded once again of how great the service and insurance coverage/rates are, I even recommended to someone that they look into using them too!

I am very impressed by the knowledge, patience and dedication of LeAnna Fonseca. Getting quotes for personal insurance is usually a chore, but she makes it easy.

I’ve been so happy with King Risk Partners. As car insurance rates have been climbing, I called Kacey Mattox at King and she did an excellent job giving me quotes of other insurance companies and making sure I got the best value with the same coverage. It saved me 25% or more per month, which made a big difference. Then recently we had an issue with the DMV after purchasing a new vehicle and Kacey went above and beyond to provide us with all the information and documents we needed to get things fixed. Mark was so helpful with helping us when our homeowners insurance rate went crazy! He took the time to listen to our needs and found us new coverage, less expensive and more coverage! Mark as always been a great asset to DMI/King Risk Partners! Always friendly and never did he make me feel I was bothering him, very professional!

I had Kathy Jenkins handling my account and she was very diligent and informative about tracking down the company that was doing my insurance policy. Apparently, the company had a large number of policies to do, but she kept checking for me and following up to make sure that it eventually got done. I’m very happy with what she did for me.

Liane Townsend has been a gift from God as she navigates me through our new policy after our other insurer made adjustments as to who they would carry. This forced us to have a new policy with a different carrier, causing us quite a lot of distress. Liane stepped right up to the plate and worked line item by line item with us, ensuring we understood each facet of the new policy. She has also offered to engage with the new insurance company on all of our questions, and give us call backs . I have never worked with this dedicated of an individual in my entire life, and feel confident that she has a great future ahead of her. One in a million!

Armani Jouzdani helped us clear up a problem when we traded in our 2023 kia sportage for a 2024 sedona. when we called to have it insured the vin number was not in system. Later my wife got a letter from the state that the insurance was denied and were going to pull her license to drive. Armani got travelers on the phone and in a three way call was able to correct the situation. she e-mailed me the forms and was able to take them to the license bureau and resolve the situation. Armani was great and said call if any problem. she was very competent and thanks to her thing are fine now.

Kelly Zoltewicz was excellent, persistently trying her best and not being afraid to implement as many strategies as she could to lower our insurance costs. Florida is a tough insurance market for consumers–but my wife and I really appreciated having Kelly on our side.

I wanted to inform you of my happiness and assistance that I received from Adam Spiegel, an agent of yours. (Also Jesenia was very helpful and kind!) He did the impossible which was to lower my homeowners insurance policy $2400 by helping me to get a new 4 point and wind mitigation. This qualified me for a mortgage refi which saved me financially. He worked very hard to assist me, was there to answer any question, is extremely knowledgeable and refused (luckily) to allow me to switch to another agency as I was grandfathered in with this one and he states the other would drop me next year. He even spoke to my sister on the phone and helped her assist me with this situation. Because of his due diligence, my situation is solved and I am forever grateful.In fact, He is also going to help me with my car insurance rates also!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Liane. I had no idea that Avatar was not renewing my homeowner’s policy until she emailed me. Avatar claims that they sent me a notice 6 months back in April but there is no way that I ever received any communication from them to that effect. Anyways, Liane was all over it and emailed me several different quotes. And I threw her a curve ball when I let her know that my girls were getting a trampoline for Christmas. She didn’t flinch and found me a great quote from a company that would cover us with the trampoline. She totally saved me. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!
